Arnold Back for T6 with James Cameron and Tim Miller!

Considering the last three Terminator films were all met with mixed reviews and mediocre box office results, we’re relieved and excited to here that studios are in fact continuing on with Terminator 6. What’s even more surprising is that Deadline.com reports that James Cameron is coming back to heavily oversee the development with Tim Miller (Deadpool) in talks to direct!

We are certain that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be back but to what degree. The lead Terminator actor will be 70 years old when production begins and although he is fully physically capable still, we’re not sure if general audiences will accept a 70-year-old Terminator. So let’s consider the many ways Arnold can be featured:

1. A fully CG rendered character

Terminator Genisys gave an amazing real-life CG rendering of a young Arnold Schwarzenegger so it’s possible the script may call for this technique and for Arnold to lead his voice to the T-800.

2.  Post-production De-Aging

They could film Arnold as is throughout the entire film and in post-production, they can de-age him with computer magic.

3. Pops Returns

Leave Arnold as the older Pops Guardian but have additional young T-800 Arnolds. This could please both current Arnold fans and youthful general audiences.

It is uncertain at this time if this Terminator film will be Terminator 6 or a stand-alone film like Rogue One or the other new Star Wars films. It could be possible it’s a stand alone Future War film but one thing is for sure, Arnold will BE BACK! Earlier this month, while TheArnoldFans was on the red carpet for Celebrity Apprentice, Arnold did say Terminator 6 is being developed when asked about his upcoming film projects. How fantastic would that be if Arnold’s next 3 films were The Predator, The Legend of Conan and Terminator 6?

Do it, Arnold! DO it now!
