Exclusive: The Latest on CONAN: Film & Collectible!

Our friends at Chronicle Collectibles, who earlier revealed their officially-licensed Terminator Genisys products, are BACK to give TheArnoldFans an exclusive first look at the all new Arnold Schwarzenegger King Conan collectible! This massive 1:4 scale King Conan stands 18” tall, 14" deep and 15” wide! Chronicle Collectibles worked off of many photos of Arnold from the John Milius film to bring to life every golden detail and used 3D scans of Schwarzenegger’s actual face to perfectly capture his likeness.

If we were to have any constructive criticism it would be to request actual fur on the king’s shoulders and add a tad bit of grey to his hair and beard, making him appear more as the older and wiser king. Also, we are sure the skin color is not this chocolatey and red as shown in these artistic photos. We absolutely love the film’s Logo worked onto the piece and we’re sure the final product of his ACTUAL colors will make us drool even more for this Conan piece.

Last but not least, Schwarzenegger gives his fans the latest on the highly-anticipated "Legend of Conan" film.

"The next Conan will be done,” Schwarzenegger begins, "and it is just a matter of time now because they are fine-tuning the script. It is taking much longer than I thought it would because there was a change in leadership at Universal Studios which owns the rights. But everyone is enthusiastic about it...it’s just a question of really finding a start date when we can go and shoot it.” 

There you have it, Arnold fans. Keep in mind Arnold wants to do Conan as badly as the fans want it so don’t blame him if the studio delays this start date out another 6 months or longer. While we wait, we just might hear news of a greenlit Terminator 6, new Predator film or another big event film from Arnold. In the meantime, keep those prayers to CROM coming. But if Crom does not listen…
