Terminator excitement is through the roof right now with the fans. In just a few more days, we’ll be back in movie theaters seeing T2 up on the big screen and best of all, it will be in 3D, along with some technical updates. Many fans never were able to view this fantastic film in theaters so they too can at last see it up on the big screen and how exciting it must be for those 1991 teenagers to come back as adults and bring their kids!

Several key players involved in 1991’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day are back to give TheArnoldFans an exclusive statement on their feelings towards the 3D release!

James Cameron

"Everything looks better in 3D," Cameron begins to tell TheArnoldFans, "including Arnold’s muscles, if you’re into that. But the important thing is that the 3D adds so much to the environment, to the action and to the people. You feel more present when you’re watching the film so Sarah feels more real…or the Terminator T-800 feels more real."

Robert Patrick

"I am very excited that fans of the original movie and a new generation of moviegoers, will have a whole new way to enjoy, what I think is a fantastic film,” Robert Patrick (the T-1000) begins to tell TheArnoldFans. “To reimagine this film in a 3D form should be spectacular and I cannot wait to view it with my family!”

Brad Fiedel

"I'm excited to hear about the re-release of T2 in 3D,” Brad Fiedel, film composer of The Terminator and Terminator 2 Judgment Day, tells TheArnoldFans. “It was such a cutting edge film in so many ways. I did my best to create music that supported all the amazing visuals and the epic story that James Cameron created. It was an interesting musical challenge to support the change in the Terminator character that Arnold portrayed like no one else could have. Using warmer sounds and a bigger more orchestral design I hoped to engage people's hearts with this cyborg that was such a cold villain in the first film and became a hero in the second. I think T2 will be very exciting to see in the 3D format!”

John Rosengrant

“With Jim’s pioneering push into the world of 3D, this will be an exciting must see,” begins John Rosengrant, who headed the special effects team with Stan Winston. “One the greatest action Sci-Fi adventures of all time, I’m very proud to have been part of that film, and really look forward to seeing it again in 3D.”

Jeff Dawn

The Make-up Department Head on T1, T2 & T3 and Academy Award winner for Best Make-up on T2, Jeff Dawn, also gives TheArnoldFans a statement.

"As Cameron has overseen the 3D transformation, I'm sure it will be incredible,” declares Dawn. “I hope it will have a big domestic and international release. I'll for sure be seeing it."

Arnold Schwarzenegger

"I think Terminator 2 is one of those movies people still talk about as if it just came out yesterday. It is so far ahead of it’s time, that even today when you look at it, people say, 'I just saw Terminator 2 and this movie could have just come out this year and it still would have been number one in the box office' because it is so far ahead…with technological and visual effects and camera work and everything else that is in there. It is as simple as that. It is done so well, and Cameron is such a great film-maker, that is why everyone talks about it still today and this is why you can bring it out now in 3D!”
